This was just a silly little snippet of film we took while visiting the Rose Gardens of Portland Oregon. This particular area was the Shakespeare Garden.
The gown is one I made and is done in the style that would've been worn by society ladies around 1885. The 'jacket' bodice is velvet, the overskirt and front vest is a shot silk taffeta, and the skirt is a moire faille bengaline. The striped parasol is vintage and I made the hat from vintage components.
